At the NBCUniversal Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your official fan gear, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
